THE AMNESTY
IN THE KINGDOM
OF GOD
Rev. William Soto Santiago
Saturday, September 1, 2012
Cayey, Puerto Rico
Good morning, kind ministers, and fellow workers, ladies and the young people present and those in other nations. May
the blessings of Christ the Angel of the Covenant, be upon you all and
upon me too. In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
Today, first Saturday of the month, it is a blessing
for all the ministers to be united to hear and to share moments of
fellowship around the Word of God and His Program concerning this end
time, for which we read in Second Corinthians, chapter, 5... chapter, 5,
verse 14, and on, says:
"For the love of Christ constraineth us; because
we thus judge, that if one died for all, then we are all dead: and that
he died for all, that they which live should not henceforth live unto
themselves, bu unto him which died for them, and rose again.
Wherefore henceforth know we no man after the
flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh, yet now
henceforth know we him no more.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given us the ministry of reconciliation.
to wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the
world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath
committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
Now then we are ambassadors for Christ, as though
God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ’s stead, be ye
reconciled to God.
For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him."
May God bless our souls with His Word and permit us to understand It.
The apostle Paul shows us in this Scripture that One
died for us, who took our sins, and took them far away, He remitted them
to their originator who was the devil, and consequently we are free
from sin.
John the Baptist saw Jesus and said: "Behold, the
Lamb of God which takes away the sin of the world," with His death at
Calvary’s Cross He took away the sin of the world and has given every
human being, all of mankind a lapse of time which corresponds to the
dispensation of Grace, for them to hear the preaching of the Gospel of
Christ, the Gospel of our salvation, so that everyone could hear and
know what Christ did at Calvary’s Cross when He died.
He died as a sinner when He took on Himself our sins,
and since the wage of sin is death, death came upon Him and thus He
took away the sin of the world. In this good news, it is made known to
us that He has forgiven us, and with His Blood shed at Calvary’s Cross
He took away the sin, and consequently we have obtained a divine
forgiveness, forgiveness of God, from the Kingdom of God, from His
heavenly Kingdom, by Him giving this lapse of time commonly known as the
dispensation of Grace where the Gospel of Christ is preached, where the
Sacrifice of Christ at Calvary’s Cross is made known, with which the
faith of Christ is born in the soul of the human being. Saint Paul
speaking of the Gospel of Christ he says that he is not ashamed of the
Gospel of Christ because it is power of God, potency of God, which is
for salvation.
The Gospel of Christ is for salvation, it is good
news, the good news of peace and eternal Life for the human being. "I am
not ashamed of the Gospel, because it is power of God," says the
apostle Paul; and consequently in the revealed Word of the Gospel of
Christ, the heart of the person opens and that Word enters into the soul
of the person and the faith of Christ is born in the person and he
receives salvation and eternal Life. Because the forgiveness He has
granted, as He said at Calvary’s Cross: "Father, forgive them, for they
do not know what they are doing," that forgiveness becomes effective
when the person accepts it, accepts that forgiveness fro Christ; while
the person has not received it, has not accepted that forgiveness by
receiving Christ, that forgiveness is not yet effective in the person.
Think of this, you can hear that the government has
given you a check, but not until you obtain it, not until you have it in
your hands and change it, that check is not effective. You have to make
it effective by taking it, receiving it and changing it, because while
you have not changed it, you have money, but you must change it, to be
able to use it. And that’s how the forgiveness of God through Christ
becomes effective in the human being, by accepting that forgiveness, by
receiving Christ as his only and sufficient Savior.
God opened a gap in the middle of the seventieth
week, of the seventy weeks of Daniel, chapter, 9, verses 21, to 27. In
the days in which Jesus began His ministry, the seventieth week of the
prophecy of Daniel was beginning; those seventy weeks, weeks of years,
they are 490 years; each week consists of seven years.
When Christ was beginning His ministry, the
seventieth week was lived there, the last seven years of the seventy
weeks of Daniel; therefore, there the year 484, (of those seventy weeks)
the year 484 was beginning, and next comes the year 485, and then the
year 486, and there, at the middle of the seventieth week, which are
three and a half of years, at the three and a half of years of the
ministry of Jesus, in other words that week would then begin with the
year 483, and then the seventieth week would begin, in other words, that
the seventieth week at having seven years, when the year 483 comes to
it’s end then the 484, 485, 486, 487, 488, and 490, in other words the
seventieth week began in the year 484, at the beginning of the year 484,
(around that year) of those seventy weeks of Daniel. But the Scripture
says in Daniel, chapter, 9, verse 25, and on:
"Know therefore and understand, that from the
going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem, unto
the Messiah the Prince, shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two
weeks..."
Seven weeks, and sixty two weeks are sixty nine weeks, and sixty nines weeks would transpire... it says:
"Know therefore and understand, that from the
going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem, unto
the Messiah the Prince, shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two
weeks..."
But already the Messiah had to be on Earth, and had
to be a grown up person in order to begin His ministry. But for the
Messiah the Prince to begin His ministry sixty nine weeks had to first
transpire.
"...the street shall be build again, and the wall, even in troublous times.
And after threescore and two weeks (
and after the sixty two weeks, in other words, in the seventieth week) shall Messiah be cut off..."
In other words, in the seventieth week, at the middle of that week, the
life of the Messiah was cut off. Remember that that seventieth is the
Messianic week, the week of and for the Coming of the Messiah to Israel.
The life of the Messiah had to be cut off, why? Because He had to take
away the sin, and since He had to take it away by means of His own
Sacrifice dying for our sins, and He had to shed His Blood to cleanse us
from all sin, which was typified in the sacrifice of the kid goat of
the atonement of the tenth day of the seventh month of each year,
according to Leviticus, chapter, 23, verses 26, to 29; and also
according to Matthew, chapter, 26, verses, 26, to 29, where Jesus took
bread, He broke it (in the last supper), and gave to his disciples
saying: "Eat ye all of it, for this is my body," He is representing His
body in the bread; and then takes the cup of wine and gives His
disciples saying, after giving thanks, says to His disciples: "Drink of
it all, for this is my Blood of the new Testament which is shed for many
for remission of sins."
There we can see all the things related to the new
Covenant and the Sacrifice concerning to the new Covenant, which will
take away the sin of every human being. Because the blood of the animals
could not take away sin, because they do not have soul and consequently
the spirit cannot come to the believer; the Spirit of Christ indeed
comes to the believer under the new Covenant, and the believer has been
delivered from all sin.
Under the old covenant the sins of the persons were
covered, but they remained in the person; with the Sacrifice of Christ
at Cavalry’s Cross the sins of all those believers of the old testament
were taken away when Christ died at Cavalry’s Cross, for they were only
covered with the sacrifice that they had done.
And now with the New Covenant and under the New
Covenant in the dispensation of Grace, God has given the human beings a
time to hear the preaching of the Gospel of Christ, so that the faith of
Christ might be born in the soul of the person, believe, and receive
Him as only and sufficient Savior in order to receive forgiveness,
receive the forgiveness He has granted for the person, for every human
being.
It is as the nations do, they proclaim an amnesty
wherein the person, if it is to hand in the arms of fire, no matter if
the person has obtained that fire arm illegally, or has robbed it, it
does not matter how he has obtained it, he hands it in, because in that
amnesty that has been granted to him, he is free from responsibility, in
other words the person is forgiven. They will not ask him: "Where did
you buy it? Who sold it to you? We have to investigate? Not so, none of
that, because that’s an opportunity of time given to the people which is
called an amnesty, for those who have arms of fire and want to hand
them in without the risk of answering for whatever problem that arm has.
And for that reason many people during that time hand in the arms of
fire they have in their homes and do not know how to get rid of them,
and they take advantage of that opportunity, that treaty is made so that
the people can get rid of them, and if they want to obtain one, they do
it legally.
It is also done by governments when there are people
who owe them taxes, there are also times in which some governments give
the people and opportunity to pay their debts without paying interest.
Think of this: a person that owes five thousand dollars, which is the
principal debt, and has not paid it for twenty years, to what amount did
that debt ascended to? In other words, they gave that person an
opportunity, and he paid it without any problem.
In the same manner there are many opportunities given
to the people for a certain thing by some governments in an amnesty.
And the Government of Heaven and of Earth has given an amnesty of
opportunity for the people to be free of their sins, so that the debt is
paid by the person. How? By obeying that amnesty of the heavenly
Kingdom, to accept that amnesty is to accept Christ as only and
sufficient Savior.
There is no other way in which the human being can
obtain the opportunity to obtain the forgiveness of his sins, by being
cleansed of all sin, and being reconciled to God to obtain eternal Life,
there is no other way.
There is no other way even to pray to God, it is only
through Christ: "Whatever you do, wether by word of deed, do it all in
the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ," says St. Paul. And Christ
Himself speaking to the persons that want to approach God, that want to
come to God, says: "I am the way, the truth, and the life; and no one
comes to God, but by me."
There is no other form, no other way to approach God,
there is only one way and it is the Lord Jesus Christ. And there is no
other door to enter into eternal Life, into the Kingdom of God, only One
door. Christ said... I quoted to you chapter 14, verse 6 of St. John,
and now in chapter 10, verse 9, says Christ:
"I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture."
He is comparing the human being with sheep, where He
is speaking of about the sheep, and for that reason He also says: "I am
the good shepherd, and the good shepherd lays down his life for the
sheep." (St. John chapter 10, also. And the very chapter 10, verse 27,
and on, Christ says:
"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand.
I and my Father are one. (
Christ says right here)."
St. John chapter 10, verse 30 says: "I and my Father
are one." Where was the Father? In Him. And now, it is that Christ in
His physical body was the physical likeness of God, and Christ in His
heavenly body, which is the Holy Spirit, which is the Angel of the
Covenant, in that spiritual body He is the image of God. That’s how
simple it is, as you and I are soul, spirit and body.
Just as God has a heavenly body called the Angel of
the Covenant, which is Christ in Holy Spirit, in heavenly body, you and I
also have a spiritual body, similar to our body but of another
dimension, called the angel that each person has, which is the spirit which each person has, because a spirit is a body of another dimension.
And just as we have a physical body of flesh, God
also has a physical body named Jesus, who was sacrificed on Cavalry’s
Cross, and was resurrected glorified and sat at the right hand power of
God in Heaven. In other words, that God has, and is with His heavenly
body called the Angel of the Covenant with which body God was sitting in
His Throne eternally, and after Christ ascended to Heaven glorified,
now God has His physical body called Jesus, with Whom God is sitting on
the Throne.
Christ said He would sit at the right hand power of
God there in Heaven, in the Throne of God. Even in the Book of
Revelation He confirms it, He confirms that which was spoken in St.
Mark... St. Matthew also speaks of the same, but in St. Mark tells us,
chapter 14, verse 61, and on, says:
"But he held his peace (this happened when He was being judged by the Sanhedrin Counsil)...but
he held his peace, and answered nothing. Again the high priest asked
him, and said unto him, Art thou the Christ, the Son of the blessed?
And Jesus said, I am: and ye shall see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven."
And in chapter 28, of Matthew verse 16, and on, says:
"Then the eleven disciples went away into Galilee, into a mountain where Jesus had appointed them.
And when they saw him, they worshipped him: but some doubted."
And for what reason did they doubt it was Him
when He had been preaching to them for about three and a half years, and
eating with them, and traveling in their boats, and all that? It
is that there is a change, there is a difference between the physical
mortal body and the glorified immortal body: it is that the glorified
immortal body is young, it represents from 18, to 21 years of age, and
it has virtues superior to those of our physical body: it could appear and disappear, and many other things. Now:
"And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.
Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:
teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I
have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of
the world. Amen.
"
The disciples baptized in the Name of the Lord Jesus
Christ, because the Name "Lord Jesus Christ" is the Name of the "Father,
and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit." That’s why when the Lord
appeared to Saul of Tarshish, He says to him: "I am Jesus whom you
persecute." That’s why when He appeared in different occasions to people
they would say that the Holy Spirit spoke to them, the Holy Spirit
speaking in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, for Christ said: "I will
send you the Holy Spirit," and He also said that the Holy Spirit would
come in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.
It is that the Holy Spirit carries the Name of God;
the eternal Name of God is the Angel of the Covenant according to the
words that were spoken by Moses in Exodus, chapter, 3, verses 13, to 16.
The Name which is unpronounceable to many people,
is in the Angel of the Covenant according also to Exodus, chapter, 20, verses 20, to 23.
And then when Jesus came to Earth, speaking to His
disciples and to the rest of the persons that were there present, He
tells them that He has come in a certain Name: "I have come in the Name
of my Father and you receive me not." The anti-christ is the one who
comes in his own name, using his own name which he calls himself, or
that was given to him, or that he places on himself. But Christ came in
the Name of His Father, because every son comes in the name of his
father.
Now we can see that the Name Jesus (which in this
version that we have is translated into Spanish) this Name is the human
Name of God to carry out the Work of Redemption, the Work of Salvation
wherein the human being obtains the forgiveness of sins, that Work of
Redemption becomes a reality in his life and is cleansed with the Blood
of Christ from all sin, because he accepted the amnesty of the Kingdom
of God, which was granted by God to all the human family.
In the different nations when the time of the amnesty
that was given ends, a person can come to hand in a fire arm, after the
amnesty ends and can say: "I am handing in a fire arm that I have."
Very good, let’s see where you got it from, how you got it" "The person
will reply, no, I brought it voluntarily." "They will say to him, the
amnesty has ended."
That can also happen in a case where a person had a
debt which had not been paid to the government, of taxes or of a sort,
and after the time of the amnesty is over the person can come and say:
"I want to pay off my debt, let’s say he owes five thousand dollars."
"Very good, five thousand dollars plus the interests from the time you
stopped paying to the present, is so much." "But it was announced that
only the principal amount was to be paid." "But that was so during the
time of the amnesty that was given; the time of the amnesty has ended,
now you have to pay the full amount, or you have to wait for another
amnesty." And during that time the court can seize all your properties
because you have a debt with the government.
And if there is not given another amnesty your debt
continues to increase. And that’s what happens with the persons that do
not make good use of the amnesty granted by the government of your
country, and that’s what happens also with the people who do not make
good use of the amnesty of the Kingdom of God, where they obtain
forgiveness and are cleansed of all sin with the Blood of Christ, and
their debt before God is paid off, and can live peaceful in the Kingdom
of God with Christ, with Jesus Christ our Savior.
So therefore, the lapse of time of the dispensation
of Grace is the time of the amnesty of the Kingdom of God for all the
human beings, and whoever does not take advantage of that amnesty, will
have sore problems.
The Scripture says that some people think that the
Day of the Lord slacks; but the apostle Peter says that the Day of the
Lord does not slack. Second Peter, chapter, 3, verse 8, and on, says:
"But beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing,
that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a thousand years
as one day.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as
some men count slackness; but is long-suffering to us ward, not willing
that any should perish, but that all come to repentance."
It is a time given by God, because God does not want
any to perish, but that all come to repentance and obtain salvation and
eternal Life which is granted by Christ our Savior in this lapse of time
of amnesty of the Kingdom of God, which will soon end.
We know that here in this Scripture the apostle Peter knew what he was talking about, the very chapter 3, of second Peter says, verse 15:
"And account that the long-suffering of our Lord is salvation..."
It is for salvation for him who accepts the Program
of Redemption of salvation and eternal Life which is granted in the
Gospel of Christ. That is why the apostle Paul would say: "I am
not ashamed of the Gospel, because it is power of God for salvation;
first for Jews, and also for Greeks." In other words, for Jews and
Gentiles. The Scripture also says:
"For God so loved the world, that has given his
only begotten Son, for whosoever believeth in him, shall not perish, but
have eternal life."
With the death of Christ at Calvary’s Cross that gap
of amnesty was opened for the human race, which some people have not
understood. When that time ends, there will no longer be an opportunity
of salvation and eternal Life for the people, because already Christ
would have ended His Work of intercession on Cavalry’s Cross, there will
not be any Blood in the Mercy Seat of the Throne of Intercession to
cleanse the person of his sins, for Christ to intercede for the person,
and Christ will no longer be as High Priest but rather as King; He will
no longer be as the Paschal Lamb, but rather He will be as Lion, in
other words, as King, as the Lion of the tribe of Judah in and for His
Work of Reclamation of all that which He has redeemed with His precious
Blood, to carry out the redemption of the body which is the adoption of
the sons and daughters of God that took advantage of the amnesty in the
Kingdom of God during the Dispensation of Grace.
"THE AMNESTY IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD."
See how simple it is? It is a marvelous time, and has
not ended yet; but at any moment it will end; it will end at a certain
moment when the vision that was given to the Rev. William Branham of a
great Tent-Cathedral, is being fulfilled, at any moment Christ will
conclude, will end His Work as the Intercessor High Priest with His
Blood before the Father, and will convert into the Lion of the tribe of
Judah, He will leave the Throne of Intercession.
Therefore, it is important while there is time, to
take advantage of the amnesty that’s in the Kingdom of God. And whoever
has already taken advantage of that amnesty, do no get involved in
problems again. It is important to be within the Kingdom of God, so that
when that divine cycle ends and Christ finishes His Work of
Intercession and converts into the Lion of the tribe of Judah, we’ve be
secured already in the Kingdom of Christ.
Therefore, take advantage of this time of amnesty in
the Kingdom of God everyone, which is what the Gospel of Christ, the
Gospel of Grace, the Gospel of our salvation announces, so that we may
all be reconciled with God in the Kingdom of Christ with eternal Life.
Always be working in the Kingdom of Christ bringing
the Gospel of Christ so that other people can also take advantage of
this divine cycle of amnesty in the Kingdom of God, the Gospel is spread
for the love and with love to other people, the work is done with love
to Christ and for the love of other persons, being aware that the Gospel
of Christ is the truth.
Therefore, onward working in the Kingdom of Christ
ministers, fellow workers, ladies, young people, children, and elderly
present, and those in other nations and those that will hear these words
in some occasion, knowing that we are ambassadors of the Kingdom of
God, of the heavenly Kingdom, announcing to the human beings about the
reconciliation that there is for the human being with God by means of
Jesus Christ our Savior.
May the blessings of Christ the Angel of the
Covenant, be upon you all and upon me too, and may He use you greatly in
the Kingdom of Christ in this end time. In the Name of the Lord Jesus
Christ. Amen.
And may soon the Vision of the Great Tent-Cathedral
that was shown to the Rev. William Branham become a reality, and he knew
it had to be raised at some country; therefore it will emerge at some
country, at some country or at some continent where the believers are
aware of the Program of God for this end time, aware that the visions
and dreams that God gave the Rev. William Branham are true and will be
fulfilled, those dreams and visions must be fulfilled.
All that will be a great blessing, great blessing for
Christianity, for Judaism and for every human being. So therefore, we
pray to God to do as He promised; we can ask and pray to God to make
that promise a reality. Why? Because He promised it, so we pray
according to God’s will, according to what He promised.
That Word, that promised has to be vindicated, it has
to be made life, it has to be made a reality, and all the ones that are
being used as instruments of God for the materialization of that vision
will be blessed greatly. And they can say as Jesus said: "In my
Father’s business I must be," and the Tent Vision is one of God’s
business for this end time.
Well, may God bless you and keep you, and continue
having a happy afternoon filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior,
and we will see each other tomorrow God willing. And a very especial
greeting to the Rev, Jose Benjamin Perez and his wife there at
Jerusalem, and to the ones that are accompanying him in this occasion,
greetings to everyone there; may God bless you and keep you all here
present and to all the ones that are at other nations.
I leave you with William Perez, with us here the
co-pastor, may God bless you, continue onward. Miguel had his part,
right? So Miguel, may God bless you and also Ruth, and may use you
greatly there in Venezuela, and for the time that remains for this year
you may work more than the past years. And for the years that remain,
because we do not know the transformation and rapture will take place,
may the work that remains for us for the years left, be greater than the
work we have performed in the past years.
Any person may think: "But, you mean to say that the
work we will do in the remaining years will be greater than the work
that has been done in the past ten, fifteen, twenty, thirty, forty or
fifty years?" Well, the Work that Jesus Christ carried out at Cavalry’s
Cross was greater than the work He carried out in the previous thirty
three years that had transpired. So therefore, the last thing we will do
will be greater. And also with the last thing: when we receive the
transformation that will be the greatest thing, and then we will go with
Christ to the Wedding Supper of the Lamb.
So, the greatest thing is what always crowns all the
past years. Without the crowning of the past years one cannot say that
something great was performed. For instance, a person that studies ten
or fifteen years and never graduates, he did not do much, he did not do a
great thing because he did not graduate, he did not receive a diploma
of an university or of a high school; in other words, that high school
or university did not recognized the work the person did and he could
not crowned with a diploma. Everything in life runs that way.
Well, we will continue tomorrow God willing, under
the topic: "Zion, the Mount of God." So, it will be good to study during
the day, and tonight, those that can study about this theme, so that we
may hear of it tomorrow in the biblical school, Sunday schooling,
because Sunday is always Bible school, and tomorrow we will see this
topic, about Mount Zion. It is a very important subject because when we
hear about Mount Zion, we are hearing about the Mount of God, therefore
It is the most important Mountain.
Well, may God bless you all, and keep you, continue having a happy afternoon filled with the blessings of Christ our Savior.

THE AMNESTY IN THE KINGDOM OF GOD."
